Job Description
Responsible for all Trade Marketing expertise and activity in the
territory. Collaborating with Commercial managers to negotiate and agree
strategies with retailers by managing the planning, implementation and
maximization of the value of retailers’ trade marketing activities, paid media
and our Marketing assets to increase revenue (inc. Device Lifetime Value,
Digital @ Retail and product awareness) and ROI.
Responsibility
● Liaise with Commercial Managers to understand challenges, goals and gaps in knowledge/expertise
· ● Develop and agree Trade marketing strategies and plans (POS, Co-Op, use of owned media, field merchandising etc) with Commercial Managers to support retailer goals, revenue growth inc. D@R (based on expertise, best practice and ROI analysis)
· ● Collaborate with Marketing and Commercial managers to prepare and deliver presentations to retailers on products and strategies
· ● Support execution of Trade Marketing strategies by working directly with retailers
· ● Manage relationships with suppliers to deliver trade marketing activations (POS, Production agencies etc)
· ● Project manage implementation of activations (e.g. IDUs & content, screens, product demonstrations, furniture)
· ● Make recommendations to Commercial Managers on how to improve the consumer journey (omnichannel - in-store and online) to increase revenue, DLTV, D@R and product awareness
· ● Manage budgets for Trade Marketing Business Operations costs (inc. D@R) and Co-Op Investment (incentives, IDUs, using retailer media & space, experiential, retailer events, staff competitions, training etc)
· ● Manage relationships with third parties relating to trade marketing activations
· ● Represent local market(s), provide feedback, share best practices and provide updates on local plans at regional level
· ● Liaise with Marketing teams (and our local marketing team) to share visibility on marketing plans
